For women
(all ages & backgrounds)

More than just free-style dance classes: women's circles in movement.
Many of us in Brussels are carrying the weight of stress, fatigue, and a heavy mental load. We’re hyperconnected to everything—except ourselves—swept up in a pace of life that isolates us as much as it exhausts us.
That’s why I created the She Moves workshops: to help you slow down, take care of yourself, and reconnect with your body and your inner self. And perhaps this will help you get to know yourself better, gain self-confidence, regain your energy, and embrace who you are: beautiful, powerful, and free !
What to expect
choreographies that are accessible, inclusive, and symbolic
guided free-form dances to express your emotions and creativity and let go
A floor relaxation exercise to help you settle in, catch your breath, and just “be” without “doing” anything!
some personal writing time to keep a record of your experiences and to nurture your inner self
A supportive circle where you can feel embraced by other women who are there for you
2 hours or 2 hours and 30 minutes to gradually explore how dance and the collective can transform your relationship with yourself, with others, with your body, and with life…
Welcome ladies, Welcome sisters!

The method
There is a wide range of progression and variety in the music and movements offered, so that you never feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed, and can move step by step toward greater confidence and freedom.
The framework is always grounded in self-respect (your freedom, your desires, your limits) and non-judgment (toward others and yourself!). The atmosphere is joyful and lighthearted (though that doesn’t prevent us from delving deeper).
The tools used are drawn from dance therapy, but this is not a group therapy session (due to a lack of time for verbal discussion and medical supervision). The approach is more in line with personal development.
“When you dance, you can allow yourself the luxury of being yourself.”
Paulo Coelho
